With a fitness career spanning over three decades, Jimmy began as a swimming instructor for the City of Hialeah and a lifeguard at Crandon Park Beach in Key Biscayne. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-certified personal trainer, he holds additional specializations in Corrective Exercise, MMA Conditioning, TRX, and Functional Training. Passionate about senior fitness, he helps clients maintain strength, mobility, and independence. Jimmy has trained at Premier Health & Fitness in Hallandale, FL, creating personalized, results-driven programs tailored to diverse goals
